• Must have a valid Indian bank account

3. Services

• USDT (TRC20) deposit acceptance
• Sell order processing at fixed daily rates
• INR payouts via CDM to your bank account

4. Rates and Payouts

• Rates are fixed at order creation
• Rates may change daily
• Payouts typically within 45 minutes
• Delays may occur due to banking/network issues

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Use only USDT (TRC20)
• Provide correct bank details
• Follow applicable laws
• Secure your account credentials
• Report unauthorized activity immediately

6. Platform Rights

• Modify rates at any time
• Suspend or terminate accounts

7. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or illegal activities
• Providing false information
• Platform abuse or manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts

8. Dispute Resolution

9. Limitation of Liability

Get Ruppe X shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from platform use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
